WASHINGTON, Sept. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The American Chemistry Council (ACC) announced today that it will launch advertisements complimenting Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) for his support of policies that will limit wasteful government spending and grow the economy in Ohio.
