Acadian Asset Management Adds Veteran Portfolio Manager

BOSTON, Sept. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Acadian Asset Management LLC, a firm specializing in active global and international investing, today announced the hiring of Kurt Livermore as Portfolio Manager. Mr. Livermore will be based out of the firm's Boston, MA headquarters and be responsible for equity portfolio management.

Mr. Livermore joins Acadian from GlobeFlex Capital, where he served as Partner and Portfolio Manager for U.S. and global equity strategies. Previously, Mr. Livermore worked at Matikos Capital/Front Point Partners as a Partner and Portfolio Manager for its quantitative U.S. equity market neutral strategy. Prior to that, he held the positions of Portfolio Manager and Business Development Officer at BlackRock.
