Academic Health Centers to Address the Transformation of Patient Care

WASHINGTON, July 9, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The patient and community remain at the center of the academic health center mission. In this era of substantial changes in healthcare – driven by a variety of economic, social, scientific, and technological trends – the focus of the Association of Academic Health Centers (AAHC) Annual Meeting in Chicago September 17-19 is on how patients and academic health centers are transforming one another.
