MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- ACA International CEO Mark Neeb released a statement today announcing that veteran attorney and regulatory expert Issa Moe has joined the Minneapolis-based association as its Vice President and General Counsel.

Prior to joining ACA, Moe was general counsel and chief compliance officer for First National Collection Bureau Inc., an ACA member company located in Reno, Nev. He was an attorney with the law firm of Moss & Barnett before moving in-house, where he routinely represented clients in complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts, including the defense of class action lawsuits. He has extensive experience defending claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act and similar statutes at the state level.
