MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- ACA International Education Foundation today announces that Michael Craig, a graduate of Beechwood High School in Fort Mitchell, Ky. has been awarded a $1,000 Loomer-Mortenson Scholarship to help support his post-secondary education. Craig will be attending the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Honoring the memories of Robert E. Loomer and Irvin "Dempsey" Mortenson, the Loomer-Mortenson Scholarship is available annually to employees of the credit and collections industry and members of their family.
A total of three winners, including Craig, were selected from a national pool of more than 70 applicants based on several criteria including a consumer financial literacy essay. The two other 2013 Loomer-Mortenson recipients are Taylor Lutz of Lancaster, Pa. and Neil David Jones of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Founded in 1995, ACA International Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization focused on promoting consumer financial literacy.
