A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts Raises $70,000, Donates Craft Supplies to Boys & Girls Clubs of America
BERLIN, N.J., Nov. 15, 2010 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts, Inc., (Nasdaq: ACMR) with 135 stores along the East Coast, has raised $70,000 for Boys & Girls Clubs of America and local Clubs during the company's "Crafting a Better World™" program.

During a recent in-store fundraising campaign, held in September and October, A.C. Moore (www.acmoore.com) customers and employees were encouraged to donate $1 to Boys & Girls Clubs of America, along with new or gently used craft supplies. In addition to the funds, hundreds of craft supplies were collected, and donated to local clubs, as well.
