Absolute Software and Prestigio Partner to Deliver Persistence Technology
Global manufacturer to integrate Absolute technology in its mobile device platform
VANCOUVER, March 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - Absolute® Software Corporation (TSX: ABT), the industry standard for persistent endpoint security and management solutions for computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones, today announced a partnership with Prestigio, a global manufacturer of mobile devices.
With this partnership, Persistence® technology by Absolute Software will be embedded in the firmware of Prestigio devices at the factory, with an initial focus on the Prestigio MultiPad Windows 8 tablets. This will allow Prestigio customers to maintain a persistent connection with all of their endpoints for unmatched mobile device security, regardless of user or location.
