Powers brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience, with a highly successful track record of bridging technology and business worlds.

Prior to joining Abila, Powers was the director of application development at Newgistics where he was responsible for design, construction, deployment, and support for a set of complex, mission-critical cloud services. Before Newgistics, Powers served in various product and software development roles at 3M and Microsoft, leading efforts to develop and implement software engineering and architecture methodologies, practices, and tools to support the product portfolio and roadmap.
