Little brings nearly 20 years of experience leading customer success and service programs, with a strong history of success in software-as-a service (SaaS) and nonprofit technology.
Little will lead consulting, professional, and implementation services across Abila's portfolio of software solutions, creating processes and offerings that enable association and nonprofit professionals who are adopting Abila solutions to effectively support their donors, members, constituents, and ultimately, their missions.

Prior to joining Abila, Little was Vice President of Customer Success at a mobile, cloud-based technology company, HotSchedules. Before HotSchedules, Little served in various leadership roles in the nonprofit software industry at Blackbaud and Convio, where she was Vice President of Enterprise Client Services, leading customer implementations, account management, and added-value service programs. Little's domain experience includes nonprofit, association, and cause marketing consulting, specifically in the areas of multi-channel CRM strategy, donor and member retention, and digital programs.
