ABF Wins American Trucking Associations National Truck Safety Contest Award
FORT SMITH, Ark., Sept. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ABF® is among the winners of the National Truck Safety Contest conducted by the Safety Management Council of the American Trucking Associations (ATA). Competing in the General Commodities Division, ABF won first place in the LTL/Local Division 50-100 Million Miles category and fourth place in the LTL/Line Haul over 100 Million Miles category.

The ATA will formally recognize ABF and other winners at the Truck and Industrial Awards and State Association Recognition Awards Luncheon on September 13 in Kansas City, Mo. This marks the seventh time in the past 10 years that ABF has earned recognition in the annual truck safety contest.
