ABC Financial Unveils New Software Features at IHRSA

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., March 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ABC Financial Services, the leading provider of software and billing in the Health and Fitness Industry, today announced seven feature upgrades to its DataTrak software. The features are being demonstrated for the first time through interactive displays at the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) trade show in San Francisco this week.

Software updates on display are:

  1. Automated Email - DataTrak offers the opportunity for clubs to email reports, membership agreements and personal training agreements. Now, our clients can email reports to one or multiple employees whether running the report manually or having DataTrak run the report on an automated schedule. DataTrak uses the same file format specified for the report queue, and attaches report files to the body of the email message.
  2. Electronic Agreement Entry - DataTrak's new EAE allows for customized fields, auto populated plans in one branded page, or multiple pages, makes bookings faster and more efficient, and is designed to help with the sale of more memberships.
  3. Wallet - Wallet software lets clubs keep as many forms of payment as they want for an individual member. Members can choose which forms of payment they want to use without brining their wallet into the club.
  4. Kiosk – A freestanding in-club kiosk makes membership registration easy. Members can sign-up themselves or be guided by an employee. The kiosk also makes it easy to track and register for group exercise classes with a direct key tag swipe using DataTrak.
  5. Locker Management - DataTrak Locker Management assigns lockers, manages history, and tracks maintenance needs.
  6. Dashboard - Dashboard has all new loss prevention, multi club aggregation, plus all new tools for graphs, charts, and manipulating information. This is the fastest, most flexible, and customizable dashboard on the market.
  7. MYiCLUBonline - MYiCLUB has a whole new look and feel and can be placed directly into your website for online membership sales. Prospective members and renewals can join from home.
