Email Gateway for ABBYY® FlexiCapture is a way to capture email attachments from monitored email boxes. Its easy-to-setup interface allows an administrator to auto-discover mailbox servers as well as control the location of both incoming and processed emails. Additionally, the administrator can control when certain emails or attachments should be ignored or validated. Validation will reject the message while providing an option to email the sender with details on why the message was rejected. Lastly, the administrator will select an export path and toggle the state of the application. The Windows® Shortcut Tool for ABBYY® FlexiCapture provides a neat and simple way for end-users to send documents to distributed systems for processing. This light-weight application will allow the user to right click on files located either on their computer or network share, select "Send to ABBYY® FlexiCapture", and view the progress of the batch submittal. If the user chooses or is required to provide registration parameters, they are presented with a clean interface to supply those details up-front.
