PARMA, Ohio, Nov. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- On Saturday, November 12 AARP Ohio and the VA are hosting a free information and resource fair for veterans of any age, their family members, and caregivers.

From 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, the resource fair will include representatives from several departments within the VA, caregiving resources from AARP Ohio, and community support organizations. Walgreens will be on hand to provide free flu shots for all attendees.
At 10:00 am and 12:00 noon, VA's National Program Manager for Purchased Care, Christopher Esmurdoc, LISW-S will present information. He will be joined by Major General Tony Taguba, US Army, Retired. Their presentation will focus on caring for veterans and their caregivers and will answer questions. All Vietnam Veterans in attendance will be invited to participate in an Honor Pinning to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the United States Armed Forces Vietnam War.
The event is free and includes lunch for attendees who have registered.
