Warren A. Brill, D.M.D., M.S. (Hygiene), President. Brill has a full-time private practice in Baltimore, Md. He has been an AAPD member for the past 20 years. He received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Maryland and the School of Medicine of Johns Hopkins University. Brill most recently served as AAPD president-elect (2012-2013), vice-president (2011-2012) and secretary-treasurer (2010-2011), as well as member of the board of trustees of the AAPD, representing District II (2005-2008). Prior to his board election, he was chair of the AAPD Council on Government Affairs and expert consultant to the Council on Dental Benefit Programs. He has also served as chair of the Council on Dental Benefit Programs. Brill is chair of the Maryland Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (MAPD) Legislative Affairs Committee (2000-2012), member of the MAPD Executive Committee (2000-2012) and chair of the MAPD Annual Meeting General Arrangements Committee (2006-2012). Edward H. Moody, Jr., D.D.S., President-Elect. Moody is in private practice in Morristown, Tenn. He is a graduate of Auburn University and the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, and received his certificate in pediatric dentistry from the Medical College of Virginia. He has been a member of the AAPD for 26 years. A Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, he is active in numerous professional organizations, including the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, where he served on the board of directors and completed his term as president in 2004. His involvement in AAPD has included seats on the Council on Clinical Affairs, Annual Session Committee, Local Arrangements Committee for the 2000 Annual Session in Nashville, PAC Steering Committee, and as Chair of the Scientific Program Committee. Robert L. Delarosa, D.D.S., Vice President. Delarosa is the founding partner in a group private practice in Baton Rouge, La. He received his dental degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry and his certificate in pediatric dentistry from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He has been a member of AAPD for 25 years and has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry since 1991. Prior to serving as the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board and the District V trustee, he was chair of the Council on Clinical Affairs, the District V representative to the AAPD Political Action Committee, and the Louisiana state leader for the AAPD Head Start Dental Home Oral Health Initiative. As the District V trustee, he also served on the Budget and Finance Committee and Ethics and Credentials Committee, as well as liaison to the Council on Clinical Affairs and the AAP Section on Oral Health. Jade Miller, D.D.S., Secretary-Treasurer. Miller has been a full time private practitioner in Reno, Nev., since 1983. He received his dental degree from the University of the Pacific Dental School and did his specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the Children's Hospital Medical Center at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. He became involved with his local dental society 30 years ago and that early beginning led to a lifetime of contributions to organized dentistry, governmental agencies, dental board examination communities and dental education. He served as AAPD District VI trustee from 2009-2012. He was also part of the Inaugural AAPD Leadership Institute I and II and served on the Governance Task Force, Councils of Continuing Education and Council on Communications. In Nevada, Miller has served as president of the Northern Nevada Dental Society, Nevada Dental Association and Nevada Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Nationally, at the American Dental Association, he serves as delegate for the 14^th District and is currently on the Council for Dental Education and Licensure. Representing the Council, he has chaired the ADA Committee on Anesthesiology and served as Chair of ADA Continuing Education Recognition Process Committee (CERP). The Nevada governor appointed Miller to the Nevada State Board of Health where he was elected as the first dentist as chairman, serving for four consecutive years. The governor also appointed him to the Medicaid Medical Advisory Committee and Board of Dental Examiners where he currently serves as president. Miller has appointments as associate faculty at University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry, University of Washington, School of Dentistry and University of Nevada, School of Medicine.

Joel H. Berg, D.D.S., M.S., Immediate Past-President. Berg has been a member of the AAPD for 26 years. He attended dental school at and received his pediatric dentistry certificate from the University of Iowa. He most recently served as president (2012-2013), president-elect (2011-2012), vice president (2010-2011), secretary-treasurer (2009-2010) and the AAPD's District VI trustee (2006-2009). Berg is also a past president of Healthy Smiles, Healthy Children: the Foundation of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. In addition to his leadership roles with the Academy, he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists. Berg is the Dean at the University of Washington School of Dentistry. Charles S. Czerepak, D.M.D., Parliamentarian. Czerepak practices in a private group pediatric dental office in Chicago, Ill. He received his D.M.D. degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University Dental School. He did his pediatric dentistry training at Children's Memorial Hospital and Northwestern University School of Dentistry and received his M.S. in Oral Biology from Northwestern University. Czerepak has been a member of the AAPD for 36 years. He is currently on active staff at the hospital and holds a faculty position at the Feinberg School of Medicine of Northwestern University. Czerepak has served as District IV trustee from 2007-2010. Prior to that, he served on the AAPD Constitution and Bylaws Committee, AAPD Policy and Procedures Committee and is the Region 5 Representative of the AAPD Pediatric Dental Medicaid and SCHIP Advisory Committee. In addition, Czerepak serves on the ADA Medicaid Advisory Committee. He is also a past president of the Illinois Society of Pediatric Dentistry. In 2003-2004, he was elected president of the Medical-Dental Staff of Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Czerepak was the first dentist to hold that position. David A. Tesini, D.M.D., M.S., District 1 Trustee. Tesini is in private practice in Sudbury, Mass. He graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he received both his D.M.D. and M.S. degrees before completing a three-year residency fellowship in pediatric dentistry at the Tufts New England Medical Center Boston Floating Hospital. He is an associate clinical professor at Tufts and has taught in both the General Practice Residency Program and the Post Graduate Pediatric Dentistry Department. While serving as the associate chief dentist of the Tufts Dental Facilities for Patients with Special Needs, he developed community dental outreach models to assure dental preventive dental care during the closings of the Massachusetts institutions. He has served on several councils and committees at the state and national dental society level, most notably as chairman of the Massachusetts Council on Dental Health and Health Planning and as Vice Chairman of the Standards and Survey Committee of the JCAHO. He has served on the AAPD Council of Continuing Education and the AAPD Committee for CSHCN. Tesini is the founder and past president of Project Stretch: Dentistry Reaching out to Children, which, since 1988 has provided free dental care to over 25,000 impoverished children in our country and abroad. Paul B. Andrews, D.D.S., MSc, District 4 Trustee. Andrews received his university education at the University of Toronto including: a BSc., D.D.S., Diploma in Pediatric Dentistry, MSc., and a Fellowship in Special Needs Dentistry. He has been a member of the AAPD for more than 20 years. Throughout, he has served on the Council on Membership, the Council on the Annual Session, the Scientific Program Committee for the Annual Session, and as the chair of the Research Poster Committee for the Annual Session. At the District level, he was a founding trustee for District IV, and past president. At the state unit level he has served on numerous committees and served as Past President. In addition to maintaining a solo private practice, he is the director of the Graduate Clinical Program in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Toronto. He is passionate regarding pediatric pulp therapy and community water fluoridation. Andrews has been interviewed locally, nationally and given numerous presentations to municipal governments on the importance of community water fluoridation. In recognition of his many years of service he has been granted honorary membership in the International College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Jessica Y. Lee, D.D.S., M.P.H., Ph.D., At Large Trustee. Lee is the William Demeritt distinguished professor and graduate program director at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is on the faculty of both the Departments of Pediatric Dentistry in the School of Dentistry and Health Policy and Management in the Gillings School of Global Public Health. She also serves as the director of the School of Dentistry's Health Services Research Program. She is currently the AAPD parliamentarian and also serves as a consultant to numerous other AAPD councils including the Council on Governmental Affairs, Council on Dental Benefit Programs, Council on Scientific Affairs and the Council on Postdoctoral Education. She is also an advisor to the AAPD Pediatric Oral Health Research and Policy Center. Lee received her M.P.H. and D.D.S. degrees from Columbia University and her Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and Ph.D. in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she was also a NIDCR National Research Service Award recipient and Post-doc fellow at the Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research. She is a board-certified pediatric dentist and an active member of the medical staff at UNC Hospitals and practices in the Dental Faculty Practice in the School of Dentistry. She has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts and abstracts. She is involved in teaching, clinical practice and research and maintains several research grants. Lee is the recipient of numerous teaching and research awards including the 2008 American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Jerome Miller "For the Kids" Award. In 2010, she received the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers from President Barack Obama. In 2011, Lee was named the "Pediatric Dentist of the Year" by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Lee is an avid runner and has completed over 40 marathons.

Jeffrey C. Mabry, D.D.S., American Board of Pediatric Dentistry Director. Mabry was appointed an associate professor in pediatric dentistry at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio in July, 2006. He also serves as director of the Dental Center for Children at Christus Santa Rosa Children's Hospital. He completed his dental degree at the Oklahoma College of Dentistry, followed by a general anesthesia externship and then a general practice residency at Oklahoma Children's Memorial Hospital. Mabry received his pediatric dental training and master's degree from the University of Minnesota. His professional career includes 26 years of combined federal service, including nine years as a commissioned officer in the United States Public Health Service (Indian Health Service), followed by 17 years in the United States Air Force. During his last tour, he served as special consultant to the USAF Surgeon General in Pediatric Dentistry. In addition, Mabry served as president of the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (2009-10) and he served on the board of directors from 2002-2005. He has worked as a consultant (2007-09) and as an examiner (2010-present) for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Mabry currently serves as a Group Leader (2010-present) on the Oral Clinical Examination subcommittee.
