("AAMCO"), franchisor of the world's largest branded chain of transmission specialists and an industry leader in total car care services, today announced the owner of its Waterford, Michigan service center has been elected as the Vice President to the BNI (Business Network International) of Milford. In this new role, AAMCO of Waterford franchisee Tyrell Turner will be responsible for recruiting new members, local events and business meetings for the chapter.

Turner joined BNI of Milford in 2015 as a member of the organization. With only one year of service under his belt, he was nominated by the local chapter into his new Vice President role.
Turner opened the AAMCO of Waterford in December of 2014. He has lived in the Lansing area for 12 years, where he is very involved in local community organizations, such as the Waterford Chamber of Commerce. Before joining AAMCO, Turner worked for 12 years as a unit director for a distribution center with supercenter chain, Meijer.
