A10 Networks Named Top Work Place in the Bay Area for Third Consecutive Year
Climbs to Third Place in Midsize Company Category
SAN JOSE, Calif., June 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- In the first employee-based survey of Bay Area companies, A10 Networks has been named one of the Top Work Places in the Bay Area for the third year in a row.
The employee survey, conducted by an independent company, Workplace Dynamics, was spotlighted in the June 17 edition of the Bay Area News Group, which includes the San Jose Mercury News, Contra Costa Times, Oakland Tribune, and San Mateo County Times. The results of the survey will appear again in the Jobs, Careers & Education section of the Sunday newspapers part of the Bay Area News Group and are online at http://www.mercurynews.com/jobs.
A10 Networks was selected as Number 3 in the Midsize company category, moving up from Number 6 and Number 10 in the Small work place category from the previous two years respectively, and continuing its reign as the highest ranked technology company in its category. The rankings in the Top Work Places are based on survey information collected by Workplace Dynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. Fifteen large companies were ranked, 25 midsize companies were ranked, and 35 small companies were ranked after surveys were submitted by employees. Rankings consist of composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses about company leadership, compensation and training, diversity/inclusion, career development, family-friendly flexibility, and values and ethics. Private companies and non-profits as well as publicly held businesses were included in the analysis.
