A Third Nod for Prometheus Research in CT Best Places to Work Competition
NEW HAVEN, Conn., Jan. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Prometheus Research was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut for the third year in a row. Best Places to Work is a survey and awards program designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Connecticut, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses. This is the ninth year for the program, which was created by the Hartford Business Journal and Best Companies Group, and is sponsored by Hooker & Holcombe Companies.
"We're delighted to receive this distinction for the third year in a row," said COO, David Voccola. "As a growing company, we strive to maintain our culture that rewards curiosity, integrity, and determination in the face of new successes. Winning Best Places to Work is yet another indicator that our smart, energetic colleagues continue to enjoy coming to work everyday."
Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Connecticut. The first part evaluated each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group analyzed the data and determined the final rankings.
The actual rankings will be published in the March 2014 issue of Hartford Business Journal and the ranked companies will be recognized at a special awards ceremony on March 19, 2014.
