The program is comprised of four one-week lessons and teaches novice to amateur bowlers the fundamentals of bowling, including how to pick out the perfect bowling ball and how to maintain the proper posture and foot alignment. For those new to the sport, the guide will teach them how to bowl by working just one or two techniques at a time.
