A. O. Smith to participate in 2014 Jefferies Conference
MILWAUKEE, Aug. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- A. O. Smith Corporation (NYSE:AOS) will be participating in the Jefferies 2014 Global Industrials Conference, scheduled for Aug. 11-14 in New York.
A. O. Smith Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ajita G. Rajendra will be presenting at 3:00 p.m. on Aug. 13 at the conference, now in its 10th year. The annual event is expected to draw nearly 200 public and private industrial companies from around the world.
Rajendra will discuss the Milwaukee-based water technology company's performance, global growth initiatives, and the outlook for 2014 and 2015.
A. O. Smith recently announced a 25 percent increase in its adjusted net earnings to $60.3 million or $.66 per share for the second quarter of 2014 on record sales of $595.4 million.
