Byram sought a desktop and application access solution that would provide students, staff and administration with local and remote access to office, eLearning applications, and student information systems residing on Windows Terminal Servers and Virtual Desktops (VDI), from their thin clients and other end user devices. They also wanted to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) and protect their investment in existing IT infrastructure.
