"HDNet Fights: Maximum Fighting Championship - Breaking Point" airs LIVE from The River Cree Casino in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada at 10:00 p.m. ET.  In the main event of the evening, rising stars will collide as Douglas Lima (16-4) meets Jesse Juarez (15-5) for the MFC Welterweight title. The participants bring a combined 13-fight winning streak into the ring in what promises to be a hotly contested affair.

In the co-main event of the evening, Ryan "The Real Deal" Ford (12-3) meets Pete "The Secret Weapon" Spratt (21-18) in a rematch of their controversial 2008 bout.  On that night Ford was victorious via rear naked choke, but landed two uncontested (and some would say illegal) blows after the bell in the first round.
