The cat litter brand is setting out to donate up to 90,000 pounds of litter split among nine shelter partners in 2016—and the more fans play, the closer they'll get to that goal.

By keeping all the cats happy, players advance through increasingly challenging levels. World's Best Cat Litter™ will use engagement with the game to determine how much litter is donated throughout the year.

Since it began in 2010, the GiveLitter™ charity has teamed up with World's Best Cat Litter™ fans to donate 456,651 pounds of free litter to shelters serving homeless cats across the country. In the past, fans cast online votes to donate litter. Says Broders, "There are still over three million shelter cats in the U.S., and we're always looking for new ways to boost awareness.
