CITY OF COMMERCE, Calif., Oct. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- On the weekends of October 19^th-20^th and October 26^th-27^th from 10am-4pm 99¢ Only Stores^® will be spreading the "spooktacular" spirit of Halloween at the Los Angeles Zoo's 24^th Annual Boo at the Zoo event!

99ers will be on-site to hand out tons of goodies to the kids at trick or treating stations throughout the zoo. In addition to these sweet treats, 99 enthusiast Papa Joe Aviance will be joining the fun at 99¢ Only Stores^® booth to read spooky stories to the kids!   

99¢ Only Stores^® is excited to be a part of this exciting event that brings families and the community together to experience the animals of the LA Zoo in a unique way! Visitors are invited to wear their wildest costumes! Additional activities include pumpkin carving demonstrations, arts and crafts, creepy-crawly animal encounters, chomp n' stomp animal feedings, and interactive storytelling and music with Campfire Cathy.

In addition, starting November 1^st 99¢ Only Stores^® will be giving out vouchers to purchase zoo admission tickets for only 99 cents for children 12 and under from November 1-December 24^th! Vouchers will be available at all LA County 99¢ Only Stores^®.
