LOS ANGELES, June 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Despite talk of skyrocketing home prices across the country, these cities are seeing them fall.
Conducted by personal finance website GOBankingRates, this study identifies cities with great housing affordability. GOBankingRates looked at the 250 largest U.S. cities by population, and used data from Zillow to determine where home prices are declining the most. Looking at year-over-year change, nine major cities saw housing prices fall by $5,000 or more, with trends in the South. See the top five, below.
