The event is being held at the Kimpton Schofield Hotel in downtown Cleveland, Ohio and features the gathering of 7SIGNAL customers and partners who share their experiences with 7SIGNAL products, reveal their Wi-Fi issues and challenges, and contribute to the company's product roadmap.

Day one featured remarks from Keith Parsons, Managing Director of Wireless LAN Professionals, who conveyed his own experiences and challenges with designing and optimizing Wi-Fi networks all over the world. The Council, made up of members from organizations such as NBCUniversal, INOVA Health System, Georgia Tech, University Hospitals and Exelon Corporation, participated in the exchange and related to the experiences by sharing their own.
The second day of the Council meeting asks members to offer their feedback and suggestions on 7SIGNAL's product roadmap. Senior leaders from 7SIGNAL's product team were in attendance to listen and learn. The final day of the Customer Advisory Council is dedicated to product training where members interact with representatives from 7SIGNAL Customer Support and have the opportunity to learn Wi-Fi performance and optimization workflows from expert users of the system.
