Co-Presidents David Hicks and Ken Channell announced that the company, the number one buyer of houses in the U.S., will announce which of its independently owned and operated franchises purchased the 60,000 house. Additionally, 2014 represents a robust surge in the number of new company franchisees, rising by more than 30 percent during the past 11 months.
