5280 Burger Bar Opening at Denver Pavilions February 6

DENVER, Feb. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- 5280 Burger Bar will be opening at Denver Pavilions on Thursday, February 6, 2014. They will be open from 11 am to 11 pm daily. 5280 Burger Bar offers a chef-driven menu using the highest-quality seasonal ingredients from Colorado. This will be their first restaurant in Colorado.

The 5280 Burger Bar menu includes "never ever" Colorado beef, in-season local produce, homemade American cheese, and buns made fresh in house all day long. Each burger has its own homemade sauces and toppings. They also make their own ice cream and will have an attached gourmet creamery, along with a full bar. Their alcoholic ice cream shakes offer an adult twist on the traditional milkshake.

Says owner Don Redlinger, "We were drawn to a downtown Denver location because we love the traffic that the Pavilions gets. We have an exceptional menu, and we wanted to choose the highest profile location we could find."

5280 Burger Bar offers beef burgers with incredible taste profiles, along with sushi-grade tuna, turkey burgers, veggie burgers, and a healthy salad menu. Everything is fresh, never frozen, from their meat, fish, and produce to their buns and sauces. Their 100% natural beef from local Colorado ranches is called "never ever beef" because it's never fed animal byproducts and contains no growth hormones or antibiotics. Gluten-free buns and gluten-free menu options are also available.

5280 Burger Bar will offer counter service and wait service. During the lunch rush, they will focus mostly on counter service; at night the oversized bar will offer wait service, while the back half of the restaurant will remain walk up.

The creamery will offer sixteen flavors of ice cream, eight everyday flavors and eight rotating flavors, all managed by a full-time ice cream chef.
