5-Diagnostics and DSM Pentapharm Announce Global Distribution Partnership

Effective March 1, 2016, 5-Diagnostics, a sales and marketing specialist in hemostasis diagnostics will serve as a global distributor of DSM Pentapharm. The new agreement aims at strengthening market access in specialized hemostasis diagnostics. The two companies also enter into an alliance to complement DSM Pentapharm's strategic focus on hemostasis and join forces to bring innovative, high quality hemostasis products and services to customers.

Following the discontinuation of agreements with current DSM Pentapharm distributors, 5-Diagnostics will globally market DSM Pentapharm's diagnostic product range to hospitals, research organizations and laboratories. DSM Pentapharm will continue to directly serve its customers in the diagnostic industry (manufacturers of diagnostic products and solutions).
