4th Annual Miriam's House Charity Motorcycle Ride & Fundraiser Benefiting The Promises Foundation Women and Children At Bartels Harley-Davidson 10/14

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Promises Foundation announced today that Bartels Harley-Davidson will host the 4th Annual Miriam's House Poker Run. The event will be held on October 14th, between 8:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. Among other celebrities, Christopher Reed from the FX series Sons of Anarchy will be the Grand Marshal and lead the group of motorcyclists on a 30 mile ride through West Los Angeles and Malibu. This year's event features live music, dozens of vendors, a raffle and live auction. The charity ride and event is being coordinated with the help of the Messengers of Recovery motorcycle club. All bikers are welcome to participate in the ride. Non-riders are welcome to join the BBQ and party at Bartels Harley-Davidson at noon. All net proceeds will go to the Promises Foundation to support Miriam's House, a transitional living home in West LA for women with children in recovery. The Promises Foundation is a non-profit, 501c3 organization.
