DENVER, Oct. 3, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- 4GenNow, a non-profit organization with a new model to launch and fund startups by connecting and matching entrepreneurs from four generations (baby boomer, Gen X, millennial and Gen Z), today announced its 2^nd Annual Power Partners Summit. The summit is scheduled for October 12, 2018 at CU South Denver in Lone Tree, Colorado from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

In Conley's new book, 'Wisdom @ Work: The Making of a Modern Elder," he argues that while digital skills might have only the shelf life of the latest fad or gadget, the human skills that mid or late-career workers possess never expire. "In an era of machine intelligence, emotional intelligence and empathy— something older people have in spades — are more valuable than ever. The more high tech we become, the more high touch we desire," says Conley.
