3400 Overton Completed in NW Atlanta
First tenant, Synovus, moves into new project
ATLANTA, Oct. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- TPA Group and USAA Real Estate are pleased to announce that construction of a new Class A office building in northwest Atlanta is complete. 3400 Overton is located just inside I-285, at the intersection of Akers Mill Road and Cumberland Boulevard.
Synovus is anchoring the project, occupying four floors as well as a branch office on the ground level. Along with other tenants, 52,400 square feet of additional office space is available for lease.
The seven-story, 173,000-square-foot all glass building boasts amenities such as Café Kia Ora, a fitness center, car wash, a landscaped plaza overlooking the Chattahoochee National Forest and covered parking for 650 cars with immediate and easy accessibility to and from I-75 and I-285. Its proximity to the new Braves stadium, Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, Cumberland Mall and Cobb Galleria as well as the vibrant retail and dining scene in the area make it an attractive choice for companies in the area.
