2nd Annual Conejo Valley Solar Home Tour Hosted by Solar Electrical Systems

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of the American Solar Energy Society's National Solar Tour, Solar Electrical Systems of Westlake Village will host its 2nd annual free guided Solar Home Tour in the Conejo Valley area from 10:30am to 1:30pm on Saturday, October 2, 2010.  The free guided tour will kick off at the SES offices in Westlake Village for a look at our 20kW solar electrical system.  We will provide a continental breakfast, snacks for the road, and a lunch to end the day.  Participants and a guest will visit local green homes, where they will be able to see first-hand how and why people have chosen to use solar energy to go green.  

The National Solar Tour is the world's largest grassroots solar event.  With solar costs 30-40% lower than just a year ago, more families and businesses are discovering that solar is a good investment now.  The 30% Residential Federal Tax Credit, along with other rebates and incentives, allows homeowners to save 50% or more on a solar electrical system.
