Veteran Pacific Northwest bond traders Jim Wilford and Trish Mitchell anchor the Seattle office in the historic Smith Tower. Wilford and Mitchell are well-known fixed income experts having previously established 20-year careers at Piper Jaffray.
Operating as 280 SecuritiesTM, 280 CapMarkets's licensed broker-dealer, Wilford and Mitchell are making markets in taxable and tax-exempt bonds issued by Pacific Northwest, Mountain West, and Mid-West state and local government credits. 280 Securities was created to deliver bond price transparency to wealth advisors, and the Seattle office is now open to serve the growing network of independent wealth advisors operating in the Pacific Northwest.
The Seattle office works closely with the 280 Liaison Desk to serve advisors, as well as the 280 Institutional Sales Desks which is based in San Francisco near Silicon Valley.
