[24]7® Files Second Patent Infringement Action Against LivePerson

CAMPBELL, Calif., Dec. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- [24]7 announced that yesterday it has filed a second patent infringement lawsuit against LivePerson, Inc. (LPSN).  Both cases are pending before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.  In June 2015, [24]7 filed a complaint alleging that LivePerson's products and services infringe four patents. In the complaint filed, [24]7 asserts infringement of eight additional patents (U.S. Patent Nos. 6,205,209; 6,798,876; 7,027,586; 7,751,552; 6,970,553; 6,975,719; 7,245,715; and 7,215,757) by LivePerson's products and services. In both complaints, [24]7 seeks damages and an injunction.
