WASHINGTON, May 4, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The following tip sheet was released today by the U.S. Census Bureau:
The last day for residents to complete the 2017 Census Test online is fast approaching.
Almost 80,000 households nationwide received a notification from the U.S. Census Bureau by mail asking them to complete the quick 10-minute questionnaire. This national test allows the Census Bureau to assess the integration of operations and systems needed for households to respond to the census online in advance of the 2020 Census. In addition to the internet, households may respond by telephone and traditional paper questionnaire. Telephone questionnaire assistance is available in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese), Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Arabic and French.
The goal of the 2020 Census is a complete and accurate census – counting everyone once, only once, and in the right place.
The Census Bureau is committed to making the mandatory once-a-decade headcount quick, easy and secure for all to participate.
