2015 Taiwan Excellence Product Showcase To Be Held In The Iconic Vanderbilt Hall, Grand Central Terminal September 24th - 27th
Business And Economic Influencers, Companies and Consumers Join The 2nd Annual Interactive Display of the Latest in Taiwanese Consumer Products; Opening Ceremony To Include Ribbon-Cutting, Musical Performances and Dignitary Speeches
NEW YORK, Sept. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) in conjunction with the Taiwan Trade Center (TTC) will host the return of the 2015 Taiwan Excellence Product Showcase, a free public event held in the iconic Vanderbilt Hall, Grand Central Terminal on Thursday, September 24th through Sunday, September 27th featuring over 65 Taiwan Excellence award winning brands and 160 products made in Taiwan.
The event is designed to provide attendees a chance to become acquainted with the newest technology, gadgets and exceptional products "Made In Taiwan". As of June 2015, the US Government via its official census reporting data gives Taiwan a top-rank as number 9 out of 15 trading partners, with over $6.4 billion in bilateral trade, registered a second highest record volume and posted a healthy 5.67% on year growth. The US market is Taiwan's third exporting market and is creating an atmosphere to better help brands from Taiwan standout on a national level.
The four-day showcase will bring together business and economic influencers, consumers, celebrities, companies and politicians, beginning with a ribbon-cutting "Opening Ceremony and Media Mixer" on Thursday, September 24th from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., in Vanderbilt Hall, Grand Central Terminal.
