2014 Buick Encore brings quality to crossover segment

The new Buick Encore can be outfitted with either a front-wheel or all-wheel drive drivetrain. With front-wheel drive, Environmental Protection Agency fuel-economy scores for the new Encore are 25 miles per gallon in the city and 33 miles per gallon on the highway. All-wheel drive versions maybe a bit more compliant on slippery roads, but there is a small drop in average fuel-efficiency across the board.
