HOUSTON, May 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Hart Energy expects more than 2,000 petroleum industry professionals to attend its 2nd annual DUO™ (Developing Unconventional Oil) Conference and Exhibition May 23-25 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. Of two dozen confirmed speakers, more than half are senior executives with oil and gas operating companies active in oily shale plays.
Keynote speakers include energy industry leaders: Aubrey McClendon, chairman and CEO of Chesapeake Energy; Tom Petrie, vice chairman for Bank of America Merrill Lynch; Harold Hamm, chairman and CEO for Continental Resources; Jim Volker, chairman and CEO of Whiting Petroleum; and Greg Hill, executive VP and president, worldwide E&P for Hess Corporation.
