MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The 18th annual St. Jude Fall Festival of Hope on Sept. 13 at the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot, brought foodies together for a good cause: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®. They raised $356,000 for children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases at the tasting event, which included live and silent auctions.
Since its inception in 2000, the event has raised more than $4.3 million for St. Jude. Thanks to generous donors, families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
Special thanks to emcees Tom Butler and Alix Kendall from KMSP's FOX-TV and participating Twin Cities restaurants, including The Capital Grille, Mercy, Fogo de Chao, The Oceanaire Seafood Room, SEVEN Steakhouse and Sakana Sushi.
