By extending the capabilities available in nView, customers are able to update and query current CNAM data as well as download historical data. These features are directly accessible to users via a Graphical User Interface (GUI) to view and update information as well as troubleshoot issues. Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) are also available to provide software system access.
