10th Magnitude Among First Chef Certified Partners

CHICAGO, April 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- 10^th Magnitude, a Chicago-based cloud services firm, is among the first companies named to the new Chef Certified Partner program. Ken Cheney, Chef's Vice President of Business Development, announced the Certified Partner designation and named the seven professional services companies that had qualified at Chef's annual conference, ChefConf, in Santa Clara earlier this month.

Chef, a tool that enables IT infrastructure automation, facilitates the practice of DevOps (collaboration between development and operations teams) across organizations. 10^th Magnitude has been using Chef since 2013 and leads the industry in deploying Chef on Microsoft's Azure cloud platform. Microsoft recently announced that they are using Chef to automate on Azure.
