The tour's name is based on the the amount the U.S. debt obligation rises every minute, counting unfunded obligations.
The non-partisan bus tour has included outdoor events, university events and town hall meetings through swing states and swing districts, and received formal support from such national figures as Alan Simpson, Erskine Bowles, Carly Fiorina, Pete Domenici, Bill Brock and Ed Rendell.
At the Newsmaker. Walker and Rivlin will discuss the reaction to and impact of their fiscal message, including addressing a spiraling national debt, a health care system that could bankrupt the country and a tax system that needs urgent reform.
Among the findings from the bus tour will be a direct gauge of public sentiment and support for strong fiscal leadership from the next president.
