Daniel Mun brings an extensive track record of steering complex corporate transactions on behalf of private equity firms and public companies.
NEW YORK, June 15, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Latham & Watkins LLP1 is pleased to announce that Daniel Mun has joined the firm's New York office as a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practices and member of the Corporate Department. Mun represents private equity firms and public companies on a range of corporate transactions across industries.

Mun received his JD from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and his LLB, with First Class Honors, from King's College London. He joins Latham from Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
