Watkins' responsibilities will encompass sales team leadership, accelerating CTL's revenue through expanding CTL's presence in new geographies, developing Education verticals, and contributing to marketing and business strategies.

Watkins has 17 years of sales experience, including the last nine in sales management. She joins CTL after serving as Regional Sales Manager & Vice President at W. W. Norton & Company in its higher education division. W. W. Norton is an employee-owned company that publishes books and digital media through its trade, college, and professional departments. Previously at Norton, she served as Senior Sales Representative before being promoted to District Sales Manager.
Watkins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
