XCMG's Global Excellent Operator Program Offers New Opportunity to International Trainees
XUZHOU, China, Aug. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The second Global Excellent Operator program hosted by XCMG has welcomed 12 trainees from 9 countries to join the 30 Chinese trainees in the 30-day training led by experienced experts and instructors from XCMG Technician College.
The program is part of XCMG's precisely positioned global public welfare campaign, "For Better Life", that trains 200 machinery operators from XCMG's customers worldwide every year for free at the XCMG's mechanical driving training base, which is the first of its kind in China.
The program instructors have customized specific courses for service engineer and loader operator upon understanding each trainee's skills and needs. In 30 days, the 42 trainees will also engage in a series of education events including simulation, 3D experience as well as skill contests to master technical skills.
The international trainees are from Algeria, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Sudan, Kenya, Uganda, Russia, Kazakhstan and Nepal. XCMG has prepared additional cultural experience activities to introduce the history, culture and folk customs of China.
Isaac Mutisya Muisyo form Kenya said that after knowing "For Better Life" campaign and how many people it has helped in the past through water cellar project in Africa, Children's Home for the "left-behind" children in Sichuan and donating buses to students in Brazil and more, he was very touched and wanted to give a helping hand to XCMG's endeavor to make the world better.
XCMG's long-term commitment to global public welfare projects features a series of on-going educational programs. The company's 54 global dealers now provide skill trainings to 132 international service staff in collaboration with local vocational colleges to establish a service team to help global clients and equipment users operating the machineries more efficiently during various construction projects.
