"Our equipment showing at NEFTEGAZ 2014 are all specifically transformed and upgraded according to the working conditions in Russia. For example, the upgraded frost resistance by Jereh could deliver truly safe and reliable operation, even under - 40 degrees Celsius," said Mrs. Zhong Weiping, Jereh general manager of Russia and CIS marketing. And the twin pump all-weather cementing unit adopts Bivariate Electrical Automatic Slurry Mixing System (AMS) to ensure precise density control, and free switch of operating modes manual or automatic. In addition, well known for its proven CT applications around the world, Jereh has continuously invested much on the CTU R&D, which frequently break world records in CT running depth and lead the large-diameter CTU manufacturing. COMBO, Jereh's innovative product, can achieve nitrogen pumping and acidizing & fracturing operation simultaneously or separately, meanwhile significantly easy operation -- one person only operating two units independently. Moreover, smaller footprint with light weight provided by Jereh offers much convenience and possibility for helicopter lifting services, esp. in those hard-to-reach areas in Russia.
"To deliver more efficient services for Russia and the neighboring markets, we are establishing a large after-sales service network in Russia, and spare parts store as well by cooperating with a Russia-based company," said Mrs. Zhong Weiping at NEFTGAZ, "We believe these would drive our business and services over speed and quality in Russia and CIS market. Not only focused on oilfield manufacturing industry, we also expand our business into oilfield services, like flare gas recovery and natural gas engineering services etc."
Though it is Jereh CTU's first entry into Russia, its applications have been widely proven under ultra-low temperature conditions in the northern Canada. As a world leading coiled tubing unit manufacturer, this entry will reshape local market conditions. Currently, Jereh up to 100 oilfield equipment is working in Russia and other CIS countries, the operation as far north as the Arctic Circle, recognized by its major customers, including Rosneft and Gazprom.
