WHAT:
Grant Campbell, M.S.N., R.N., director of clinical services at Zynx Health™ and expert in the use of evidence-based best practices to standardize care coordination, is a participant on the panel titled "Leverage Mobile and Cloud-based Tools in Healthcare to Cost Effectively Enable Better Care Coordination and Population Health Management" at HealthIMPACT Southeast.
