DALLAS, Feb. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ZOCCAM and RamQuest are making real estate transactions faster and more secure by integrating to allow orders to be opened at the time the contract and earnest money are delivered via ZOCCAM's mobile platform.
"We are excited to have ZOCCAM join our Closing Market network of service providers with this unique, new service. It's not often that something so simple to use offers such a big return. Our customers will not only see immediate gains in efficiency but will also have an invaluable tool to offer to their Realtors," said Brooks Yeager, EVP and Chief Strategy Officer at RamQuest.
ZOCCAM allows users to send the contract and earnest money via mobile Remote Deposit Capture to the title company. By integrating with RamQuest, ZOCCAM users will be the point-of-sale by sending the earnest money for deposit and contract into Closing Market to open the order.
The once archaic delivery of earnest money and contracts from the consumer and Realtor to the settlement agent has been modified and is now equal to the effort it takes to send a text message or capture a photo.
"The ZOCCAM/RamQuest integration allows Realtors to open title orders at the time the contract is executed, without the liability of handling earnest money checks. The integration will save time and add efficiency for all parties to the transaction," said Brian Pitman, President of Independence Title.
"With this partnership we have reinvented the way the real estate transactions occur and are streamlining the connection between buyers and title companies," said Ashley Cook, CEO and Founder of ZOCCAM.
