TULSA, Okla., Jan. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hogan Assessments, a global leader in personality assessment and leadership development, announced Tuesday that world-renowned organizational psychologist Dave Winsborough will join the company as Vice President of Innovation.
In his role, Winsborough, Managing Director of Winsborough Limited, New Zealand's largest firm of organizational psychologists, will focus heavily on product innovation, data exploration and new technologies within the selection and development industry.
"Dave has a reputation for finding solutions to problems most people didn't even know existed," says Hogan CEO Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic. "His ability to remain on the cutting edge of our industry makes him a perfect fit for what we wish to accomplish at Hogan."
Winsborough has applied Hogan's assessment suite in constructing leadership development programs for a variety of clients, including the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the New Zealand Army and the New Zealand Defence Force. In his role as VP of Innovation at Hogan, he will work to keep Hogan at the forefront of the rapidly-evolving industry.

Winsborough will continue to serve as Managing Director of Winsborough Limited, coupling it with his position at Hogan.
