As a response to the demand for faster information in the professional services space, the bios combine user-centric design with visual content at scale to create a differentiated reading experience.
CSA approached the challenge by seeking ways to eliminate long spans of text typical on professional bio pages. Breaking up the page into modules allows users to navigate to the content they want. In order to make the text more scannable, the page design incorporates icons and typographic badges to atomize content. This visual content system made important information, such as university affiliations and bar admissions, more accessible to readers and elevated how it was communicated.

This latest launch is the result of an ongoing relationship between Winston and CSA which began with an overhaul of the firm's website in 2013. Development firm, Rubenstein Technology Group (RubensteinTech) partnered to implement both initiatives.
The bio page initiative represents a modern approach to law firm websites: rolling out regular digital updates in cycles of continuous improvement. The effect is that a website can feel as new as it did when it first launched without undertaking a full redesign every year.
